• How can I change the game language?

  The game is translated to 11 languages. You can switch language by going to the settings menu (Blue button on the top-right corner of the map) and clicking on the flag, then switch it to the one you prefer. • How can I get crowns/what are crowns for?

  Crowns are earned by beating the best time from your friends on a specific level. You can see these times on the pre-level panel, on the leaderboard located at the right side of the panel. • How can I get rid of the arrow that shows me which moves to make?

  The arrow is there to help inexperienced players to understand how the game works and it will be gone after level 4. Every game has this type of tutorials at the beginning of the game. Keep playing, the game will get more challenging as you progress!

• How can I mute the music/sounds?

  Go to the settings menu (Blue button on the top-right corner of the map) and click on the speaker button. This will mute all of the game sounds and music. There is currently no way to do this separately.

• I saved my booster until the end of the level to pick up the last card but the game ended. why wouldn't it let me use it?

  Boosters and helpers are there to help you progress in the level and get you closer to finish, by also increasing your streak lengths. If you pull the last card of your deck and it doesn't have a match on the board, it is game over. Plan to use your boosters before this happens!

• I see that I have some lives, but can't claim them. What gives?

  You can only have a max of 5 lives at a time. You need to have 4 lives or less to be able to claim one. If you are sure that you have 4 or less lives, scroll down through your friends to claim lives by clicking the green "receive" button when it is active.

• The game is too hard!

  Our main goal with the game is to make it fun. This means that the game has to be challenging, otherwise it would get boring pretty quickly. Unfortunately, this means it can sometimes be frustrating despite that we are always striving to balance fun and challenge. We also have a very broad player...

• The level ended and my joker went away, but I didn't use it. Why is this?

  Boosters are meant to be use in the specific level they were obtained. In the Jokers' case, they will become coins at the end of the level if unused.
