Our main goal with the game is to make it fun. This means that the game has to be challenging, otherwise it would get boring pretty quickly. Unfortunately, this means it can sometimes be frustrating despite that we are always striving to balance fun and challenge. We also have a very broad player base with very different set of skills and we have to balance it for everyone. We encourage you to play more carefully and plan your moves ahead, and keep trying, as there is a luck element to the game.
