My game is slow and it freezes, why?

We try to balance the game visuals with performance, so the game looks the best possible while allowing the game to run on most devices. Unfortunately, older devices and computers might still struggle at some points of the game when there are a lot of animations going on. Try closing any other tabs/programs running on the background to improve performance, and refreshing the game in between levels to free some memory.
