I can't get the game to load, it gets stuck on the loading screen or shows a download another browser image. What gives?

This is a common issue and may happen from time to time. Please try clearing your browser's cache and refresh the game after. If it still won't load, try refreshing and waiting for the game to load several times, it will most likely do so eventually. If everything else fails, try opening the game in another browser.
